- How easy is the ordering process?
Ordering your custom designed website could not be easier. Simply fill out our form with all of your information and requirements, and you are on your way!
- How long before I receive my design?
You will receive your initial sample design, to approve or reject, within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once you approve the sample, we will design the complete site and revise it to your satisfaction. The whole process, from initial order to final delivery, should not take more than 1-2 weeks. You will be given a more reasonable estimate of completion after the review of your design complexity (at the time you review the initial sample design).
- How are the items normally delivered?
You will be contacted (by eMail) and asked to review the completed site before it is made 'public'. Your 'OK' reply will indicate your satisfaction and permit placing your site in the 'destination of your choice' (review package alternatives for this definition).
- In what format will my design be delivered?
All designs will be delivered in HTML format, or we can upload the website to 'your webserver' (review package alternatives for this definition).
- What payment policy and options do you offer?
We require payment in full before services are
rendered. We accept payment through all major credit cards, wire transfer, and check. PayPal from a 'verified' account is the preferred means of payment.
- What is your policy regarding customer privacy?
We never provide any other parties with access to your email address, postal address, or any other information that we may collect from you.
- Who owns the rights to my ordered website design?
Once your final payment has been made, you are the sole owner of your completed website.
- Is there really a 100% money back guarantee?
Yes. After receiving your sample design, if you are not completely satisfied, you are entitled to our 100% money back guarantee. Our guarantee is in effect until you accept the site as complete and delivered. - Can I order more than one site?
You may order as many websites as you desire. Our guarantee applies to each site individually, and you may wish to order different packages and design offerings with no restrictions based on any limitation whatsoever.
- Do you provide design service to international customers?
Yes. It does not matter which country you are from, although accepted payment is only in United States dollars.
- How may services be cancelled?
Once you have accepted your website as designed, should you have opted for ongoing support your agreement can be cancelled upon 30 days written notice via USPS Mail, Fax and/or Email. You will be liable for services rendered during those 30 days.
